Sat grew up in the Fraser Valley and had a passion for athletics growing up playing basketball, football, soccer, and competing in track and field through high school. Post high school, he attended the University of the Fraser Valley and completed his BBA with a major in Marketing and minor in Finance. Sat started his real estate career while in his 3rd year of of University and he found it be an ideal fit as it merged his passion for marketing and finance. With that, Sat excelled in working with development and commercial property with his attention to detail and financial background. His greatest reward in working in real estate is seeing his clients find their dream home, or see a developer’s vision come to fruition.
