Gagan was born and raised in the Fraser Valley. He has a passion for
playing basketball, in which he has participated and competed across the
Fraser Valley. He attended the University of the Fraser Valley, where he
completed his BBA with a major in Finance. His real estate journey started
when him and his brother started a construction company in 2014. Gathering
his experience from the construction of homes has given him a deeper
understanding of the Fraser Valley real estate market. He then decided to
join his brother in creating a real estate team. With his expert knowledge
from buying, selling and building homes Gagan has a unique understanding of
the market that many real estate agents don’t have. With the finance and
